This new game by GTA producer Leslie Benzies was unveiled at Gamescom 2022 with a release date of 2023.
Key Points:
- Everywhere is the new “multi-word” game developed by Grand Theft Auto producer Leslie Benzies.
- This will be an open-world video game where players will be able to travel to various different biomes.
- The game will also have a social element to it where players can create communities and complete quests together.
Famed Grand Theft Auto producer Leslie Benzies is reportedly developing a new game called Everywhere with Build A Rocket Boy Studios. A notch above the GTA games, this will be an open “multi-world” video game. Here players will be able to travel to various worlds and complete action-packed quests and more together.
The teaser trailer of the game was shown at Gamescom 2022, which took place on 23rd August. Created using Unreal Engine 5, this game will feature various different biomes that all look different from each other.
Leslie has stated that there will be various story narratives to choose from. Each of these narratives will take place in different biomes, which will have vast landscapes and lots of action. The teaser showcased third-person shooter-style gameplay, similar to that seen in other games like Fortnite and Gears of war.
One of the main strengths of this game will be the fact that it has a seamless coop mode. This will be somewhat similar to what we have seen on open-world co-op games like Dark Souls, Elden Ring., and Genshin Impact. You will be able to drive cars, shoot enemies, and even loot lots of gear and upgrade them.
The only confusing factor of the teaser was that it showcased two different art styles. One was reminiscent of the cartoony graphics of Fortnite, while the end teased what seemed to feature more realistic graphics. The game will be out on consoles and on PC in 2023.
